The Milam Appraisal District will be closed Monday, October 10th in observance of Columbus Day. We will resume regular hours on Tuesday, October 11th.
The Milam Appraisal District will be performing onsite property inspections for the 2023 appraisal year. Our appraisers will always be in a vehicle clearly marked, have business cards and a state issued license that can be shown upon request, and never request access inside any building. Local law enforcement is aware of the specific appraisers in an area and the vehicles they drive. Please contact our office with any concerns or questions.

Attention: Agricultural Producers

The Milam Appraisal District is in need of your assistance. We need all producers to complete a questionnaire seeking information about agricultural leases. As an agricultural producer in Milam County, this is your opportunity to provide local, accurate information used to develop local values. Without input from our Milam County producers, we must rely on statewide data bases. All completed surveys will become part of a county wide study, and will benefit all owners of agricultural land. If you do not lease agricultural land in Milam County, please disregard this notice.

If applicable, please complete the Agricultural Information Request form using the link below. You may print and mail, fax, or click the ‘Submit’ button to send the form to our office via e-mail.

Special Note:  If using Google Chrome, you must download the form, save it to your computer, fill out the form and then click on the submit button. Otherwise, the submit button will work on all other internet browsers. Or, you can drop by our office to pick up a form. Only answer items that you have firsthand knowledge of or that pertains to your operation.

The District thanks you in advance for your time and effort.

Sincerely,
Milam Appraisal District
