The Milam Appraisal District will be closed on Monday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. We will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, July 5th.

Mass Appraisal Reports

The purpose of the mass appraisal report is to aid property owners, taxing entities and the public we serve to better understand the methods and techniques utilized by the District in the valuation and revaluation of property within Milam County.

 

The following is the District’s current mass appraisal report plus one year prior. Anything older may be requested by submitting a Public Information Request.
