The Milam Appraisal District lobby will be closed on Friday, January 21st due to a staff shortage. We will resume regular business hours on Monday, January 24th.
Due to the rise in COVID cases only (2) two people will be allowed in the lobby at one time. Please consider not entering the lobby if you are feeling unwell, running a fever, awaiting a COVID test or under quarantine. Mask are not required but encouraged.

Office Closed on Monday, July 5th

The Independence Day holiday was amended at the June 24, 2021 Board of Director’s meeting to be observed on Monday, July 5, 2021 to follow suit with Milam County. The District was original set to observe the holiday on Friday, July 2, 2021.
