The Milam Appraisal District’s Appraisers will be in the field performing property inspections required by law. Appraisers will always be in vehicles that are clearly marked, have business cards and state issued TDLR license that can be shown upon request. The Appraisers will never request that you allow them access inside any building. If you have have any questions or concerns please contact our office. Local law enforcement is also aware of the specific appraisers in an area and the vehicles they drive.
