The Milam Appraisal District lobby will be closed on Friday, January 21st due to a staff shortage. We will resume regular business hours on Monday, January 24th.
Due to the rise in COVID cases only (2) two people will be allowed in the lobby at one time. Please consider not entering the lobby if you are feeling unwell, running a fever, awaiting a COVID test or under quarantine. Mask are not required but encouraged.

8.5% to 9.5%

* Pursuant to Texas Property Tax Code, Sec. 11.1825(r), the Milam Appraisal District gives public notice of the the capitalization rate to be used to value properties receiving exemptions under this section for tax year 2022.
