Throughout the year Milam Appraisal District staff competed in various competitions to raise money for charity. On Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at our monthly board meeting we presented a check in the amount of $1,500 to the David Greene’s Milam County Brown Santa Program.

The Brown Santa program was set up in 2010 by Sheriff David Greene to accept donations and other charitable items to provide Christmas gifts to low-income families throughout Milam County.
