The Milam Appraisal District is in the process of converting to a new software system.

During this transition, our office remains open during normal business hours. We arecontinuing to accept applications, forms, and other documents but will be unable to fullyprocess those requests until the conversion is complete.

If you receive a tax bill in October that you do not believe is accurate, please consultwith our office regarding the amount to pay, as nonpayment may result in penalties andinterest being assessed in February.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this importantupgrade. This transition will help us provide improved service to our property owners inthe future.
